Snowman Hot Chocolate Kits in Jars
This whimsical gift uses baby food jars filled with hot chocolate supplies and candies to look like a snowman. Perfect for gift exchanges and holiday sales.

Ingredients
Snowman Body
- 3 Jars baby food size
Hot Chocolate Ingredients
- 1 container Hot chocolate mix
- 1 bag Mini marshmallows
- 1 bag Chocolate balls in foil wrappers
Snowman Details
- 1 bag Chocolate chips for eyes
- 1 tube Gel icing white
- 1 piece Polymer clay orange, for carrot nose
- 1 bag Mini candy canes for cane and decorations
- 2 Twigs for arms (or use pretzels)
Hat and Mittens
- 1 scrap Red felt for scarf and mittens
- 1 piece Embroider floss for mitten strings
- 1 Mini santa hat
- 1 bag Star sequins to decorate mitts and scarf
Instructions
- Fill jars with marshmallows, hot chocolate powder, and candies.
- Hot glue the eyes and nose onto the marshmallow jar.
- Dab a bit of white icing or paint to give the eyes detail.
- Apply twig arms with hot glue.
- Prepare scarf and mittens.
- Hot glue the jars together.
- Add rest of decorations.
- Allow everything to dry.
- Give as gifts. Include instructions for mixing hot chocolate and note indicating exterior of snowman is not edible.

For a stronger bond than an electric glue dispenser provides, you could also use GE II Silicone sealant to attach the jars together.
